Sofia Cardoso
Administrative AssistantSofia Cardoso recently joined the Capital Waypoint team as Jarrod’s assistant, providing support to him and the overall team. She is a 2025 graduate of California State University, Fresno, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
In her role, Sofia works closely with Jarrod and the team to manage client scheduling for Jarrod, team coordination, and administrative tasks. She also assists with marketing initiatives and helps to ensure a seamless client experience. Sofia is passionate about helping others and is excited to grow within the industry while contributing to the team’s success.
Outside of work, Sofia enjoys spending time with friends and family and loves to travel whenever she has the opportunity. She especially enjoys traveling to the beach and exploring new places.
