Elizabeth R. McCaffrey

Elizabeth McCaffrey has been passionate about the financial services industry for as long as she can remember; however in college, her dreams became clear when she majored in Economics and Managerial Studies as an undergraduate student at Rice University (Class of 2000), and then returned to Rice to earn her MBA in Finance at the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business (Class of 2004). During her time in graduate school, Elizabeth was fortunate to hold positions of Equity Analyst and Assistant Portfolio Manager at FCA Corp, an independent and comprehensive private wealth management firm, in Houston, TX. This experience solidified her desire to help educate and guide individuals and families as they navigate the challenges of planning and securing their financial future.

Elizabeth ultimately decided to return to her home state of California and has held various finance positions, including Financial Advisor for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Fresno, CA from 2005 – 2007 as well as Vice President of Administration and Broker for The McCaffrey Group from 2007 – 2023. She is now thrilled to return to the industry she is most passionate about and is looking forward to continuing to help individuals and families reach their financial goals.

Elizabeth lives with her husband, Brent, and three children, Braden, Bryce and Laina, in Fresno, CA. While not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She volunteers at her childrens' schools and sports teams, which include swimming, water polo, basketball and volleyball. She is a member of the Fresno Dolphins Masters Swim Team and participates in competitive Masters swim meets. Elizabeth also enjoys cooking for family and friends and has a love for travel and adventure.
