Vlada Trostyanskaya

Vlada Trostyanskaya joined the Capital Waypoint team in 2023 as a Client Service Associate, where she supported advisors and helped ensure clients received thoughtful, high-quality service. She began the licensing process in 2024 and passed the required exams by 2025, while gradually becoming more involved on the investment side of the business. Today she works as a Financial Advisor, helping clients navigate financial decisions while continuing to grow her knowledge of markets and investment strategies.

Vlada earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics with a focus on business finance from Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University in 2022. Her background in economics and curiosity about how markets work are what first drew her to financial services.

She now lives on the Monterey Peninsula where she serves as a local point of contact for clients and helps support the firm’s growing presence in the area. Outside of work, Vlada spends time with friends, family and her cat Louisa, who keeps life entertaining and ensures there is always time for play. She also enjoys slow beach walks, getting back into piano after many years away, and recently started learning tennis as a beginner.

Helping people is one of the reasons Vlada chose a career in financial services, and she strives to bring a personal, thoughtful approach to everyone she works with.
